Unfortunately I have no real estate experience.Just a bunch of head knowledge from reading alot of real estate investing books and taking notes.My personal goals are to create an emergency fund, acquire several investment properties.My financial goals are to live debt free, and focus (follow one course until successful.I have no clue as to what my market offers also about expected return on investment.I would like to focus on single family homes.Thanks for the info I really appreciate it.

What is the best niche for newbies investors to get started with? My goals are to have my own real estate investing company that invest in single family homes, apartment buildings, duplexes, etc....

What is the advantage to haveing access to the MLS?Is loop net,realtor.com,Redfin.com sufficient?
