Does anyone have suggestions for an educational podcast about real estate laws, contracts, and financing structures? I'm looking for something wonkier than the BiggerPockets podcast that I can listen to in between their episodes.

I'm interested in a lot of "hit or miss" places. I think NOLA is coming up and a lot of places are going to get improved, and I'd love to be put on that list! @Kimberlyjones

I'm focused on Hollygrove, Treme, and Mid City. I was lucky enough to buy my own house in Mid-City before prices appreciated and am looking for deals there. There are so many  blighted properties that need renovating and whose owners have simply given up. I'm doing research on all of them to find deals. 

Welcome! I'm also interested in investing in New Orleans, though I don't know suburban areas. I'd love to share contractors and lenders!
