I’m definitely interested in doing a meetup. I’m traveling until 9/13 but after that I should be pretty available. I also may have another person or two to bring with me to help is grow our network. 

Looking for help on this one.  List price is $340k after a complete renovation.  I think even for a newly renovated duplex it's priced way high.  I plugged in $300k purchase price just to see what happened, but I think that might even be high.  Just looking for insight and to gain a sense of what a "good deal" should look like. I'm a super noob.  Thanks!

@Amanda Roderick I didn’t think you were trying to steal me as a client! 😂  I should have been more clear. I think I need to work with a more like-minded investor realtor long term, I just don’t know the protocol/etiquette with using multiple realtors and/or switching realtors. Any advice is appreciated!

I’ve been working with a realtor but he’s not a BP person and may not be a good fit. I’m not sure if that limits me from working with another realtor or not. 

Not looking in a particular part of the city if it's a good deal, but I may be using a VA loan and have to owner occupy for a year, so more interested in north of 70 if that ends up being the case.

Those licenses are for investments and insurance. It was the only thing listed that applies to me. 😉

I'm a new member on BP and I'm looking to get into buy & hold rentals.   I'm focusing on multi-units, but I'm open to single family too.  I'm just learning as much as I can at this stage and looking to network with other like-minded BP folks in Central Ohio.  Any connections, advice or recommendations are greatly appreciated.  If there is any way I can help you out, I'm happy to do that too!
