@Filipe Pereira Yes, I’m managing it myself. The tenant is my ex-wife, so not a typical arm’s length renter. My goal is to have a portfolio of properties managed professionally though.

I just moved to CT in February 2019. I own one property in Ohio. Haven’t found anything here yet, but I’m always looking. 

I'm looking for wholesalers who sell turnkey rentals in the Hartford/Rocky Hill, CT area.  I'm looking at a move there for work and I'd like to buy a turnkey to live in at first while I get to know the area, then rent it out when I decide on the area where I want to live for good.  If you're in that area, let's connect!

I think I found a decent deal in Ohio.  Probably making an offer today based on this analysis.  Looking for financing options and/or partnership to make this deal happen.  Any help is appreciated!

I feel the same way sometimes, but in fairness, I’ve not even begun to exhaust my resources locally yet. I still have a lot of BP folks to meet up with so we can network and share. It will happen brother. Keep it up!

@Trevor Hall I’m not local, but I am definitely interested in the Portland area. I’m a newbie, but I’m willing to learn the market and take action if I can find the right partners & deals. 

Mornings around 9:30 or 10 are usually open for me. With enough notice I can make just about any time work.
