Newbie Investor in Columbus, OH looking for buy & hold rentals

I'm a new member on BP and I'm looking to get into buy & hold rentals.   I'm focusing on multi-units, but I'm open to single family too.  I'm just learning as much as I can at this stage and looking to network with other like-minded BP folks in Central Ohio.  Any connections, advice or recommendations are greatly appreciated.  If there is any way I can help you out, I'm happy to do that too!

@Dale E. Matheny welcome to BP and the Columbus OH market, which has been a difficult market for buyers with where valuations have gone this past Spring. Things seem to be settling down now that the Spring Market season is over, but was a hard time being an acquirer these last few months. Let me know if you would like guidance, meet up, trade stories. Always happen to help!
