Listen to what he or his colleagues have to say then decide what's best for you and your family. He's in finance but can direct you to who to talk to. That's what he did for me.

I just started with that company but I chose Nevada because of their corporate veil protection law and they seem to have all I need and not have to go here and there looking for stuff. They can also direct you to where to go to do what. It doesn't hurt to listen either way. I hope that helps. God' speed!

I wish I was in GA to attend your meeting. You sound so enthusiastic. I have my house in GA waiting on me to return home after I'm done helping Mom recover from knee surgery (and one next year). I would love to start investing but I'm torn between my beautiful South and where I'm temporarily staying now, NYC. Here is very challenging. So I'm a little skeptic. But I'm not sure where to begin in the South either, GA? since I travel back and forth? What would you recommend?

Does anyone know if that's a real business within real estate? The webinar was through REI club. The speaker said that I can help homeowners get money back from the govt and charge the owners a fee from that refund. Houses are sold in tax auctions for more than their values. Primary owners are entitled to the difference from what they owed in taxes and what the govt got from selling the property. Is that true? Of course I have to pay 1500 dollars to get the system to find owners who can get refunds. I don't have the money so I'm in no hurry to sign up. However, I wonder if that's really a business I can start.

Thanks everyone for your inputs. So what I gather so far is that the company doesn't really help investors., especially new ones like myself.

Someone just told me about this company call redfin to look into investing in Florida, apartments with occupied tenants. I never heard of the  company before. I read conflict reviews online. So I'm reaching out to my BP fam to get inputs. If anyone knows anything please share. Thanks.

Hello everyone, I also want to invest in NYC, I'm new and have no idea where to start. So, fear is getting the best of me. If anyone can help please send me a message. I'll definitely be looking out for more post like this.
