I work with a number of property managers and would be happy to refer you to a good one if you would like.  Have you considered using Air B&B to manage it yourself?  I have used it myself as a renter and think it is a pretty user-friendly system.  I can also provide info on cleaners, maintenance people, etc.  I am always happy to help so please give me a call sometime if you would like.  Best of luck either way!
