I'd like to get some opinions and ideas on the future of real estate marketing using the internet...and how it can be applied as a PRIMARY marketing tool rather than just a side tool, which it seems like for many.

For investors out there who are interested in taking their real estate analysis and decision making to a cutting-edge level, I highly recommend this book.

Already said, but Secrets of Power Negotiation, Richard Dawson is a great starting point. As he says, practice is key though.
