Hello Everyone,

I have learned alot from this site and would like to thank you all. I am not directly in the Real Estate industry but I work with the Industry daily.

My company offers Furniture and or Houseware packages for Investors who sell / rent Furnished Housing. Resorts / Condotels / Timeshares / Homes / you get the point.

Thanks again for all your help

Hey Everyone, I am trying to find developers before they reach pre-construction on condotels, resorts, hotels etc. My company completes the units with the furniture, housewares, artwort etc.

We get the units vacation and or rental ready for investors and offer over 1000's of packages. Budget and Highend with plasma tv's, wine collers you name it. I can design a complete houseware package for under $400

The owners or developers say what they want to spend and we design the package. I have noticed that it is harder for me to come aboard once the property is in preconstruction at this point an amenities package is already in place, and the designer on the project only wants to purchase the small amounts from me, such as linens, towels, appliances, bedding, comforters, and table settings.

Any suggestions.....I have surfed the internet for weeks now.

Hey there, Since I am still in the learning stages of real estate this might be a dumb questions...I see the signs everywhere "We buy ugly houses"

I understand that you pay very little for these homes you put a little money into fixing them up and sell. Is this as easy as it sounds and should a person with little funds start this way
