Learning Real Estate Investing

As you already know, I am new to the forum and am very excited to type with some of the best in real estate investing. I hope to keep learning from using the articles and other features on this site. I have already checked out the Comps and if you haven't tried it yet, you are surely missing out!!!

I was thrilled to read some of the posts before joining and I have to agree with All Cash on the reality side, although I have also seen very few people buy with no money down, but not very often. That was a real eye opener for me after buying my first course...yea, yea, I too bought one but it was good for me cause I knew absolutely nothing and needed an all around course with some motivation...LOL!

Just a bit on me: I am 34 (almost 35) and have FMS, but am an entrepreneurial at heart, so I decided to delve into RE Investing. That way I can work around my FMS. I thought about becoming a realtor but it would demand too much of my time and I wouldn't want to be a flighty, never around realtor.

Well, that's good for now, am going to do some reading for a bit.
