@Kris Bucci determine where prices are going what to look for ie schools or transport what makes a neighborhood better then others, how do you know the price you're paying for the property is fair

I'm unsure of how to read a market or what exactly this means, what are some strategies or tools people use to read a market in Canada ?

Hi everyone, before I purchase my first property or even start looking is there certain relationships I should have to make everything go smoother and quicky? right now I just have my agent and my financial advisor at my bank, should I build a relationship with a lawyer before hand and find a house inspector as well ?

@Stacie Lynn house hacking I believe is a strategy where you purchase a property that you intend to live in for free making the tenants pay your rent, an example would be purchasing a duplex and living in one side while renting the other which covers the cost of your mortgage so you basically do not pay rent and and save more money
