Josh, I have copies of what my calculations are but I need to be able to upload a pdf file to this forum and I do not know how to do this. Can you make it so I can do this?

Many people try to figure out if a deal is a deal depending on how the numbers work out. There are many people who will tell you that a home will give you " X " amount of monthly cash flow only to find out that in all reality it is a lot less than what was presented to them. I have a detailed cash flow analyzer that when having the numbers put in will generate a very detailed analysis of how it will perform. Send me the property info and I can try to help you out.
