Joshua Dorkin - I agree. Good moves so far, although I can't help but feel Google+ has't gained enough transaction as I thought it would.

You could try setting up a Wordpress site then utilizing plugins to manage your contacts and leads. I haven't done this myself, but upon a brief search in Wordpress' plugin page, I came across the WP Lead Management plugin

Jim Moorecash I've heard bad things about 1and1 as well, although I've never used them myself.

I have used iPage quite a bit, and is currently my preferred hosting provider. Plus they are eco-friendly - if you're into that sort of thing. Right now, they are offering free domain registration for 1st year and $3.50 per month for first year.

I migrated away from GoDaddy after experiencing some limitations with Wordpress customization I was trying to implement on their hosting account. Plus I think their customer support is not very good.

I mainly want to provide useful real estate tools to visitors - say a mortgage calculator, current interest rate, things of that nature.

Chris Peisher I'm a big fan of Google Docs - http://docs.google.com

You can create spreadsheets, word type documents, powerpoint type presentations, tables, and a whole bunch of other stuff you need for your business. You can just edit through Google docs and have the files accessible anywhere you are, independent of which computer you're on.

Google docs also lets you share your documents with others - if you need that capability. If 2 or more people are viewing the same document at the same time, you can see the edits in real time - a feature which I find extremely useful in certain scenarios.

Just tried out Trulia Estimates - seems to be slightly more accurate that Zillow.
