If anyone can tell me how i can find out where other investor's are marketing like what area?

I'm sorry I should've been more clear when I said whom I supposed to talk about the foreclosure properties, I meant by i'm going to be wholesaling if it's not a foreclosure I can talk to an owner and I can assignment fee, but if it's a foreclosure whom do I speak to because it will be owned by an bank.
