I'm starting a wholesaling business but I need to know whom I supposed to talk about the foreclosure properties?

Welcome to the BP family; I would suggest you listen to the podcasts, read the available literature from the learn section and then you are at the beginning. I would become active in a local real estate groups; align yourself with a Real Estate person and let them know your interest; I would go on line and Google foreclosed properties and you have begun your journey. There a number of "free" listing pages on the internet, Trulia, Zillow, Homepath to name a few.. You don't need to many as you will find there is a lot of duplication. Hope this has helped. Again, welcome aboard.
