ARC Law Firm in Colleyville is great.   Mary Martinez does all my investment closings, and all she does is investor transactions.

Hi Nathan, Jeff's suggestion for registersigns.com is a good one.    Not sure how active you are on social media, but be sure to post it to all your channels.    Do you have a FB business page?   Post it there, and then boost your post to your targeted demographic.

Regarding rental rates, rentometer and zillow are public ones. I'm a Realtor, and would be happy to run comps on leased properties in your area (the ones that went through MLS).

Hi Don,

Congrats on passing your exam!    I highly recommend eXp Realty.

We differentiate ourselves with 4 disruptive elements:

- Cloud-based infrastructure w/ virtual-reality campus

- Revolutionary lead generation tools including Kunversion and Commissions Inc.

- Agent-owned company that provides generous stock grants

- Un-paralleled revenue sharing

Let me know if you'd like to learn more.

@Corderos, I'm a MF investor and a REALTOR.   I'd be happy to consult w/ you on what you're looking for, your current credit/financial situation, etc. to help you start the process toward achieving your goal.

Yes, the current residential resale 1-4 unit contract has no page 12, nor any such provision.

There's nothing illegal about wholesaling in TX as long as you're taking equitable title in each transaction, and not brokering it.    That means you have a contractual and financial interest in the property, which you can either assign, or close on and then resell.

I'm a REALTOR®, and wouldn't complain if you needed to be licensed to do it, but no license required, just leads, negotiating skills, buyers, and the ability to accurately estimate ARV and rehab costs (or a massive marketing budget).

Where is this supposed checkbox on the TREC contract?    I can't believe I've missed it after so many deals!!!

My CPA isn't currently accepting new clients, but I have met with this one and would highly consider him if I needed a real estate-oriented CPA.

Konstance, I'd be happy to assist.   I live in the mid-Cities area, and am very close to N. Ft. Worth.   I have numerous MF investments, and am well-versed in analyzing them.
