I totally agree with Scott.

You must educate yourself about this and all other programs available. Make sure you can also educate Property Owners.

Much "false" information is being given and even taught about HAFA.

I can personally say that one of the biggest mistakes I have made when traveling was to lodge at a Extended Stay Hotel.

Allthough I did save money, after the fact, I felt the savings were not worth it.

I would personally much rather stay in one of the big name Hotels.

But, I do see where the Extended Stay Hotels have there place.

Scott gave the the simple answer- NO.

But, if you intent to be a party in a Short Sale and also have the desire to not list the property, you must be able to explain this fact to all Lenders involved.

When I received an email from her, I sent it to Josh. Then he showed me how to get the IP address. And finally I reported the IP address to the FTC.

I have not heard anything since I filled.

I think we still have a long way to go. Personally, I think this will peek and valley until the end of 2014.

My opinion is that if an investor is able to truly eveluate the deal, that they will be able to profit.
