It would be the only painted house on the block. So as of right now I will not paint the brick. But I will update with pics in 10-15 days when I get the exterior completed. 

Kelli Lang love the look of that house. I may end up doing something similar. This house will be a rental for 1-4 years then possibly sell. (If that changes anything for people)

I'm trying to think of a similar way. I'd prefer online payments vs collecting a check.

That's great advice. 

I agree with Zak. Create a mortgage note (deed of trust in some states) and have the title company or closing agent out it together and file it with the county. Just bring them the contract with terms and they can handle the rest.

That's a great idea. I'd love to have 4-5 rehab designs. And just plug them in based on home type. I didn't think about maintenance of paint. That's a good point. Less work is better than more.

For some reason I'm struggling adding photos from my phone. I was thinking of maybe some creme or white trim around the shutters by the windows? Btw, all new Windows are being installed. I like the idea of some shrubs or plants under the Windows.
