wow,ok...has anyone completed one representing the buyer not an investor on a short sale. it seems like everyone says they have but i can never have anyone explain how n when, thanks.

Who has completed a successful closed Short Sale with B OF A this year in CA? An arms length regular owner occupied short sale to a owner occupied buyer? How long did it take?

I agree with most but from what i am hearing the Investors who own the notes are not being ripped off since some of that bailout money is being distributed to them to offset the loss.

I can use all constructive advice. I am managing my Mother in law's home that she has leased to a tenant for 1 yr. The tenant agreed to take the home as is in June of this yr while finishing work would be done as she stayed there. The tenant is now witholding the rent because she feels that work is not being done soon enough. The owner is scheduling to repair roof and correct rodent problem but owner still wants to evict...your thoughts

all i will say is keep an eye out for it as all this turmoil is happening to to destroy the current currency as there will eventually be now way to repay all these ridiculous debts being taken on.

Sounds really uncool, Henrik....i cannot stand folks like this. I have ran into a couple firms like this and i wish it would stop, especially the removing of keys and miricaculous 5+ offers in a matter of hours from the list date!
