@William F. I'm interested to find out if you have figured out a system at this point. I saw a video where the investor mentioned software such as buildertrend. However, it requires boots on the ground that will still be able to report back progress to you including pictures. Not sure you can get a contractor to do that. Maybe paying someone to report? Craigslist, or one of those cash for chores apps? I also heard about a wegolook service. Anyways, let us know how you're making it work. Thanks.

I have no plans of quitting my dayjob anytime soon. Just a newbie investor daydreaming about the day I can and looking for motivation. Can you guys share how long it took to quit your full time job or replace your income through REI? How many rentals or flips did it take? How many years? How many failures? How did it feel to finally reach financial freedom and how has your life improved because of it? Curious and looking forward to hearing your success stories! Thanks.

Brandon that's helpful. I found out that MD has an annual fee of $300! For anyone curious, I found a link with applicable fees for each state:

Thanks again.

@Eamonn McElroy Sorry, I'm sure that would be helpful information, right. I live in MD and I'm considering investing in Ohio or Indiana. Thanks.

Hello BP I am a newbie looking to invest out of state. Any advice on whether to setup LLC in my state vs the state I'll be investing in. I know you cant legally advise, but any info based on your experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

First time investor doing due diligence on Cleveland/Akron Markets. Seems to show much promise. I'm looking to start with a duplex and scale up quicker that way. Can anyone recommend a investor friendly realtor and/or management company in that area? Any other suggestions are welcome as well. Thanks.
