Post: My 3-Year Journey with Sub2: How Mentorship Changed My Life

Hey BiggerPockets community!

I wanted to take a moment to share my incredible journey with Sub2, a mentorship program that has not only transformed my financial life but also expanded my network beyond my wildest dreams. If you've ever wondered why there are so many enthusiastic supporters, or "fanboys", it's because Sub2 is genuinely that good.

I was fortunate to be one of the first 12 individuals who joined this program three years ago, and I haven't looked back since. Month after month, Sub2 consistently delivers value that far exceeds any expectations I had when I first signed up.

Here's the thing: Sometimes, you might question whether sharing your experiences is justified, especially when you're part of a community as vibrant and diverse as BiggerPockets. But the truth is, when you find something as exceptional as Sub2, it's not just an opportunity; it's an obligation to pay it forward and that is why I am writing this. Just because I saw so many people saying bad things about Sub2 and the community.

Sub2 has provided me with the tools, knowledge, and support to excel in the real estate industry. I've witnessed firsthand how it's empowered countless others to achieve their financial goals and create a secure future for their families. It's not just about the financial gains; it's about the incredible network of like-minded individuals who share their insights, experiences, and successes, making the journey all the more rewarding. That alone was worth the cost of the mentorship.

Every month, Sub2 introduces fresh content, cutting-edge strategies, and a supportive community that ensures your investment in mentorship is continually worthwhile. Whether you're new to real estate or a seasoned investor, there's always something valuable to learn or someone inspiring to connect with.

So, if you've ever questioned the legitimacy of mentorship programs like Sub2, let me be the one to tell you that they can be genuinely life-changing. My journey is a testament to that, and I'm here to support anyone who's curious or unsure about taking that leap.

If you're considering mentorship, don't hesitate to ask questions or reach out to those of us who've experienced its incredible benefits. Together, we can support one another on the path to financial freedom and success.

Here's to Sub2, BiggerPockets, and the wonderful communities that makes it all possible!

You are your only obstacle to success.

Come learn and network with us!

Wholesale, flip, buy and hold. We've tried it all.

Learn how it all started with a cashout refinance on my home to buy a duplex in Spokane. Yeah, that's right out of the area.

Then took a Heloc out on primary residence to buy a 6-plex in Spokane. Bring your questions and ambition.

Hey @Brad F. I know it's been a few years since you posted this but wanted to poke you to see if you are still singing the same tune? I've been using investor fuse 1.0, carrot, callrail, etc and was curious why the reiflow seems to be down now. When going to pricing it gives Not Found, error 404. So assume this means they aren't doing business anymore. Maybe Brivity is the best alternative now, I've heard good things about it.

What do you think is best, as you seem to be doing similar things to me. Wholesale, flipping, buy and hold.

Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

I'm looking at all the legal obstacles to buy/sell properties virtually from WA.

I know IL has some new law about not being able to wholesale properties in IL without a license so would love to find a good Attorney in IL that can help me understand the specifics more.

Willing to pay for time - mine isn't free and don't expect theirs to be either.

Thanks!

Creighton

@Chad Seeman @Matt Powell I'd love to do some sort of a meetup as well. I'm new to the area and trying to decide if it's a good market to do any flips in? The purchase price is pretty good and I love to have the high rental income as an alternate backup exit if it doesn't sell quickly. Do either of you have any experience or connections in the area?
Let me know what you are looking to do in 2020 to see if I can help in anyway possible!

Happy Investing!

@Michael Quarles Love all your content and podcasts! Thanks for all the amazing information. What happened with your coaching courses? I noticed there's only one 'gold' offered now?
