In sorry I thought I sent this I'm wondering about the double origination fees and why Cornland gets so much.
Thanks for the responses
So how are we supposed to do repairs for a sale when tenants want 24 hours notice and are not cooperating. We have a timeframe to get them done and repairs required need her to make room and move possession.Termite damage and repair, electrical work and install baseboard heaters. Her possessions are blocking all access. The new buyers want to keep her but how do we get her to cooperate? Have you experienced this?Short of giving her a 30 day notice.
