Aaron Miley what areas are the millennial moving into? Have you seen the rent increase over the past few years? I go to Spokane a few times a year for work and noticed food prices have increased.

Jay Hinrichs that's great insight on the area and I appreciate your experience as well.

Jay Hinrichs I'm new to bigger pockets and appreciate case studies like Tyler's as do other new investors. Like Tyler Jahnke I'm a millennial living in an area that is dominated by tech, but to surmise that 30-40k to Tyler Jahnke is chump change is unfair. Yes, it's a learning experience, but we shouldn't taking jabs at his expense. The BP community wants him to continue to update us not discourage him by unfairly criticizing his decisions. It's easy to Monday morning QB, and if we knew it all, what's the point of being on here? This is a platform to learn not criticize. Tyler Jahnke I appreciate what you're doing on here. It's not easy to publicize the negative parts of an experience. Keep it up!

Tawa W. Port Orchard isn't a vacation destination in the Seattle area. The only way to get there is by ferry or drive south through Tacoma, WA from Seattle. I have a coworker who lives there and commutes via ferry system to Seattle and he mentions how inconvenient it is. He lives there because you can get more land and space for your money.
