Hi everyone! The meetups have been going great and we continue to have new people join!

Our October meetup will be on Wednesday the 24th.

Although Eternity Brewing has been a great location, we are changing venues so that we don't have to talk over trivia night.

So we will meet at Buffalo Wild Wings in Howell (just down the street from Eternity), we will be in the back room.

Sorry for the delay in fixing the date for the September meetup.

See the event link below for more details but I had a few requests to try a different day of the week so we are giving Wednesday a shot, on Sept 26th.

Hopefully we can continue the trend of seeing new faces (and familiar ones) at this months meetup!

Hi @Ramon Williams welcome to BP! I'm somewhat local to you, in Livingston county. 

My advice is to start listening to the podcasts, search for house hacking, to get a better picture of what you want to do.

I've also started a Livingston County REI meetup that you are more then welcomed me to join to talk with other local investors. The next one will be in mid Sept and I will be creating an event in the Events tab soon. If that is too far for you, I know of a few other meet ups in AA.

Hi @Chris Tabanico you are talking about Pinckney Michigan right? To answer your question it depends on the exact location since it can be very rural just a few minutes outside of town & also the condition. But to give you some range I would say between 550-750 for a place a little farther from town or poorer condition and then 700-800 for a nicer 1 bed in town.
