@Ryan Florida GREAT short term and Long term goals!! WOW!!! I wonder what I was thinking at 21yrs old junior in college.. It sure was not real estate that say a lot about you.. You are going to be super RICH one day!! Just remember us small timers here on BP!! You are going to learn a ton from this site it's like a fire hydrant when you open it up.
