It IS absolutely worth it. I do this full time and am amazed at how some people who don't do this full time say Its NOT worth it. Heres an example Mon Aug 26th was the last day of the month to close business in Aug. I completed 12 signings for a 13 hr day and made $95.38 per hour. So it really depends on how much hustle you have in you and how much you want it. On Average I'm making anywhere between $5K to $7K per month.

There is money to be made doing this. Period. I did all the training on my own. I would never pay for a training program.

If I purchase 6 single family homes with a commercial loan, what are the pitfalls if I decide to sell one individual house while keeping the rest as rentals.

@Farious Ressom I’d be interested in speaking with you about your properties.

Anyone out there used Better Mortgage or even Mr Cooper to finance a rental property. If so do you have a particular go to contact.

Thanks
