My name is Tim and I am a newer investor that is specifically investing in the city of Detroit -– I currently have  3 properties that I purchused within the last 8 months. I have a full time job so i’m not full time investing yet! I am originally a Detroiter with a passion for being a part of rebuilding, reviving and impacting lives in the City, through multi-family housing within strategic neighborhoods selected. Most importantly, I am convinced that having a heart and making a profit do not have to be mutually exclusive.

I believe there are investors that are hungry to make the same difference and have the same values as myself. I am putting together a core group of 6-8 local people, who are interested in building wealth by combining resources to make long term investments within in the Detroit multi-housing market.
