Post: Renters for University Place in Tacoma Wa??

We are community of Investor's so I thought what a great place to ask about rental vacancy in university place.

 I have a couple moving into WA in July and would really like to live in University Place. They would be looking for a 3 bed, flexible on square footage. They do have a small dog. They would love to be near Whole foods or Trader Joes. They plan to stay for three years.

If you know of anyone in need of great renters around that time frame, please get in touch with me!

Thanks,

Courtney

Thank you @Alex Chin

I have been listening to the podcasts and gathering info that way. Now I am curious about the PNW investor community. Who are we? Are we more cash flow or are we flippers? From a personal point of view what are the best routes to start in real estate investing, wholesale/rentals/flipping... ? What has worked in the past for those near me. Research meet up's for chatting with people who have made the mistakes and had the success. I'm pretty open to the experience at this point.

@Savitha Quadros

Hello Savitha,

I am an agent working in king county. I would say there are currently good options for both single family flip/rental and multi family.

I was just looking into a great multi-fam in Greenlake with a decent return. It will make a difference of course if you're planning on obtaining financing. Snohomish county is another area to look into it has some great options for rentals as well.

The market didn't really slow down this year for fall/winter. A lot of properties are still getting multiple offers. Something to keep in mind moving ahead.

I would be happy to help in any way I can.

I'm not sure about another FREE option but the one some use in the office is Line2. I believe its 10$ a month. I know there are a few more out there, this is just the least expensive.

@Justin Holley

Welcome to BP! I am a real estate agent that works both pierce and king co. I grew up in Puyallup, it's a great area for rental properties. Sumner would be a near by gem as well, a lot of parents flock there for the school district. If you're ever in need of information don't hesitate to call.

Hello everyone!

Happy and excited to have found bigger pockets. Honestly, I am relatively new to the real estate industry. I come from a small business owner and engineering background. I've taken some courses in analyzing investment properties, produced APOD's, noticed the drawbacks in how the typical Cap Rate is calculated, and dug deeper to find four-square and the mortgage constant.  I currently work with investors looking for great flip properties in King county. I plan to expand into rental properties as well. I know I have a lot more to learn and understand, but I am a quick study and know I will excel.
