New member from Seattle, WA
Hello BP World,
I am new multi-family real estate entrepreneur in the Seattle, WA area (Federal Way). I am focusing on wholesaling multi-family Class B & C properties, in c+ areas, no war zones, between 5 and 50 units, with a value play to them like high vacancies, deferred maintenance, improved management, repositioning, or rehab in Western WA.
I am looking to network with active and experienced;
1. Multi-family Wholesalers
2. Multi-family Brokers/Agents
3. Multi-family Investors/Buyers
4. Multi-family Private Lenders
5. Multi-family Title Agents
6. Multi-family Attorneys
7. Multi-family Accountants
8. Multi-family Mortgage Brokers
9. Multi-family Insurance Agents
If your new and just getting going like me, please reach out as well to build our businesses together.
Thank you and look forward to meeting and networking with you.
Chris
