@Account Closed what did you end up doing?  Were you producing the reconciliation yourself or your CPA did it for you?  I am managing my first property too and looking for a template to copy from.  Thanks!

@Mitch Weiss quick question on: 1. Forgive two months of rent and extend their lease another two months on the backend.

So for example in our case it means we are giving 2 months free rent now (let's say June and July since we are now at the end of May), and if our tenant has 22 months left in current lease we modify it to be 24 months (the last 2 months we just added are still at 100% rent as the other 22 months)?

Thanks.

@Ronald Rohde thanks for the great tips.  Could you please clarify more on the 'limiting his future borrowing'?  Still learning how PG works.  Thanks.

@John Mocker thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.  I really appreciate it.  I just talked to our insurance agent and he told me exactly the same things you already told me.  So I will make sure our property manager reaches out to Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center and ask them for those.

I just sent you a colleague request.  Please accept that so I can PM you asking for your contact info and save for future use.  I will reach out to you when our policy is up for renewal next time.

I like Trumbull too, and Fairfield.  I went to University of Fairfield.

Thanks.
