@Yinna Wang do you have to link to your bank accounts, credit card accounts in order to have all of expenses auto transfer/record on rental hero so you don't have to manually do the book keeping?  If yes, any concerns about having your financial info security in case rental hero server got hacked?  I see so much positive feedbacks from BP and on this thread I want to try it but have concerns about that.  That's why I ask.  Thanks.

@Anthony Wick thanks for sharing.  We had a tenant (an attorney working for an oil and gas company) moved in in August and he has 1 cat, 2 dogs.  I normally limit to 2 pets only but he said 1 of the dogs is very old can go anytime.  Both he and his wife have excellent credit scores so I accepted and charged $500 per pet.  Now I am a little nervous about the cat per what happened to you.  So my plan is that I will do routine check up on the house every few months and we'll see.

@Anthony Wick why no cats?  Do cats cause lots of damages?  I don't know anything about pets so that's why I ask this question.  Thanks.

@Daniel Bryant check out Edward Schenkel.  He is an attorney from CT but I think he also practices in NY.  Never used him before but saw his posts here on BP (

).  Seems experience and nice.  Good luck.

While you may still have another basis under the CARES Act but assuming that you don't, you could take a taxable distribution but you can't take a loan from your former employer plan (the plan very likely won't allow for it).
