The way I worded the information... My husband and I are business partners. I've read several pieces of info here on BP since I posted this... Which has been very helpful.

With direct mail, I understand possible sellers overall do not respond to the first contact where it may take several pieces of communication for a reaction from the possible seller. Q: The 1st point of contact: Should a business card be included with the letter, with the letter saying "my husband and I" are interested in buying your house, or should we start off without a business card? Also what are thoughts about calling the possible seller and leaving them a message introducing myself letting them know we are wanting to buy their home, and for them to be on the lookout for information in the mail within the next day or so? The point of that is trying to stand out and adding in an additional 1st contact approach... Thanks for the input.

Hi there, this is Scott & Courtney Murray in Texas. We are partnered together as Real Estate Investors since 2015. Though we are new to the industry, we are extremely dedicated in serving individuals, the absolute best way possible.

We are in the process of building our power team, and networking at local, upcoming meetings.

Having 3 children growing up and remaining in the same school district is crucial to us, and helping our community, church and individuals is an honor.

Our hobbies are being involved with Lacrosse, and our business is "Taking A Bite Out Of Your Problem Home"

Looking forward to Bigger Pockets.
