This will get interesting.  Any idea on a work around?

I've been advised to establish accounts for each building.  However I no longer do security deposits.  Strictly move in fees.  Security deposits are too much of a hassle.

Before judgment is past I say lets learn the details of what is and isn't acceptable and then go from there.
