There is a tree growing into my yard from my neighbors yard and it’s branches are now hanging over my roof. My insurance company has reached out to me to let me know I need to have those branches cut. I’m a responsible for cutting the trees. How should I go about this?

Hello Everyone, I hope you all are safe and healthy. I am looking to use the BRRRR method for the first time. I want to do so using a hard money loan. I have never used and hard money loan nor have invested in real estate using the BRRRR method, so I really don't know what to expect. I have been reading up on the hard money loans as well as learning about the BRRRR method. Does anyone have any advice for me. Should I not use a hard money lender? What are the disadvantages of using one? Thanks!

I purchased my first property on an FHA loan a couple years ago, a 3/2 & 1/1 duplex in St. Petersburg. Now I am wanting to house hack my second multi family property. But I am not sure what my best option is. Should I refinance my first property into a conventional loan then apply for another FHA loan on my second property?? My goal is to have another property this year.

Hey everyone, I'm a new investor who probably would be better off making my first deal being hands off. Because I'm new with a lot to learn. I’m looking for a multi family, preferably a duplex. I'm wondering if any of you guys have worked with any turnkey companies in the Tampa area. Would turnkey companies be a good route for me
