Does anyone know of any good lenders in the Tampa, Fl area? Looking to get a FHA loan. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

I'm looking to get a conventional loan in the Tampa area. But I am not wanting to put down 20 percent. Does anyone have advice on how I could get a conventional loan with a down payment less than 10 percent?

I would be moving to Texas. I possible would purchase the multi-family home on an FHA loan and live in one the units. Still a bad idea?

Hey Everyone, I'm looking to invest in Houston, Tx. I am thinking about buying a multi-family home (duplex or triplex). I am currently living in California, so I don't know much about the Houston market. I am worried that this will not be a wise investment. What do you all think?

Hello Everyone, I am hoping to close on my first investment property next month. I am wanting to get a head start on some things. And I want to know if I am allowed to advertise a property that I have under contract? I want to upload it to sites like Zillow and Craigslist.

Thanks,

Corey L
