@Omar Khosht you could say that about Uptown… but you could also say that about downtown Minneapolis.

The best areas of the Twin Cities really depends on what you’re looking to do. A wise person could make a case for a variety of areas.

@Christopher Kinnaman I agree with Randy. I don’t see the need for an ongoing contract. I am in Minnesota and have used junk removal, but only when needed which is unpredictable from my perspective as a landlord.

@John K. You’re looking in the correct side of Bloomington so that’s good. Stay on the West side and you’ll be better off. Jefferson HS > Kennedy. I don’t particularly like condo investing personally though and the city of Bloomington is a pain to deal with. If you invest there, be prepared for them to ignore their own rules and make you jump through extra (sometimes expensive) hoops.

@Michael Helman Welcome from another Twin Cities investor. Take Tim up on his offer. He is a great person to connect with.

@Kunal Lakhwani I do not want to say anything about the wrong company, but I would double check that the owner of one of those companies was not recently arrested for underage sex trafficking. That’s all I’m going to say. I might have the wrong company, but it was in the local Twin Cities news.

@Daniel Hillman If you do decide to list them, the two Twin Cities based real estate agents that commented above are both great. I use one of those two and she has been incredible to work with! Highly recommend her!!! Although I have not personally used the other, I know him from groups. He is very active locally and holds a strong reputation.

@Justin Elliott Ha! I wish I had more reaction available. I refuse to give that picture an up vote, but you did make me laugh.
