Hey Alberto,
Still need help with this? Cleaning is one small facet of what my team can offer - revenue generation and expense reduction is a large part of it. Would love to have a conversation if you are open to it.

Good opportunities to meet some vets. I haven't personally been to the second meet-up just yet but surely intend too! Also, if you ever would like to meet to chat over some coffee, I would love to meet and share my experience thus far. I am no expert but I do have a rental myself.

@Aaron Klatt
I used conventional financing. I was just under the impression that I had to have the property as my primary address for a certain time after closing before I could begin renting out both units.

Hi BP,
I recently purchased a duplex on a conventional (OO) loan with the intent to house hack it when my current living situation/lease expired.
That being said, I was curious how soon I can move of the duplex and rent out the entire duplex (additional unit) w/ out committing or breaking any sort of rules. I have been told many different things on the matter, the article linked below does a good job explaining the sort of situation I am in.
I will be accepting a new job position that is quite far away from my duplex, hence my questioning/reasoning for wanting to move out of the house hack for now.

Any explanation or help is appreciated.
Thanks

Hello,
I am looking to network and potentially utilize a hard/private money lender for my next deal or one down the line. Those that have utilized or are familiar with Hard/Private Money lenders in the Louisville/Kentucky area, if you don't mind, could you please share with me some contact information?
Thank you,
Corbin

Going to try and think outside the box here.
When making your decision, potentially take into account that most information today can be self-taught via online courses/books/resources. So to my point, you could try and choose something that you would find to be potentially difficult to teach yourself alone and where you could really benefit from having a professor walk you through the process via homework, test, papers, office hours, etc.
For example, I was an Economics major, business/communications minor but I have an interest in Computer Science. Computer Science, to me, seems a lot harder to follow via the online resources. So I personally would have preferred to have had a professor walking me through the process in a physical classroom rather than attempting to teach myself online.
Long story short, consider choosing something you may dread teaching yourself later in life where you could benefit having a professor walk you through (e.g. Finance/Accounting/Comp Science).
