Hi Sean, I recently started my adventure in REI. I've started with fix n flip ( have 2 JV n working on 3rd). If u find fix n flip properties give me a call. If the numbers work I will buy it. PM for my number.

I'm not an expert but shop around to see if u can lower your interest rate. Call few banks in your area to see what would the interest rate would be if you refi with them.

Having some difficulty buying proper property to fix n flip. I'm getting out bid on all my offers. I've been putting offers at Sacramento, CA, Portland, OR, and St. Louis, MO. I'm current reside in San Jose, CA. Any suggestions on how to buy properties for fix n flip with greater success in getting offers accepted?
