Fix b Flip
Having some difficulty buying proper property to fix n flip. I'm getting out bid on all my offers. I've been putting offers at Sacramento, CA, Portland, OR, and St. Louis, MO. I'm current reside in San Jose, CA. Any suggestions on how to buy properties for fix n flip with greater success in getting offers accepted?

Get in front of the sellers first but that would require boots on the ground. Or you could try a direct mail piece. Additionally you can network with wholesalers in those areas.
