Greetings from California / Wholesaling

Hello guys, I'm new in REI and I'm planning on getting started with wholesaling in San Jose CA. I've done a couple marketing tactics that got my face flat on the ground but that doesn't stop me I'm trying to really be consistent and persistent. Just started my campaign, sent out my first hand written 200 mailers last week. Goal this week is send out 500 post cards and 300 more mailers!

I haven't really came across any other wholesalers in my area. Since here in San Jose it is such a tough market (I'm guessing), along with really high spreads houses going 400k and up! I would love to hear from investors/buyers around the area to network and see what deals you guys want.

Other than that, anyone want to give any rookie/newbie advises?

"Knowledge lives when shared, dies when kept." :)
