Hello! I just turned 20 and I’m working 7 days a week 10-15 hours a day to save for a 6 bedroom single family home in Phoenix between 270,000-425,000 and rent by room, any tips to get started with little to no money like around 15-30,000?

@Connor Campbell what are you doing for work?  That is a brutal schedule.  I know because its the same as mine LOL.

You should use an FHA loan. That is the best way to get started for a first time investor.
