Joshua Dorkin I actually found BP through Google a few days ago I was looking for good real estate books and information and a book review from the site came up. I haven't stopped reading since then.

Glenn Espinosa Thank you for the welcome and the encouraging words! I actually have a couple family members who used to flip houses and currently own some rental properties so I have been trying to learn as much from them as possible. Other then that I will be sure to have a good set of numbers in mind and set a time line for my goals to be sure that I can hold myself accountable for them when the time comes!

Hi everyone my name is Taylor Forconi and I'm currently living in Superior, WI. I am yet to buy any properties but I am learning everything that I can! I have been looking and reading BP for a few days and I have to say it is the best resource that I have.

My goal for this year is to gain all the knowledge I can and get myself into the right financial situation to start investing. My main plan is to flip my first property next year. After that I am looking to buy and hold and build a career.
