New to REI and BP

Hi everyone my name is Taylor Forconi and I'm currently living in Superior, WI. I am yet to buy any properties but I am learning everything that I can! I have been looking and reading BP for a few days and I have to say it is the best resource that I have.

My goal for this year is to gain all the knowledge I can and get myself into the right financial situation to start investing. My main plan is to flip my first property next year. After that I am looking to buy and hold and build a career.
