Hi @Stonewall Jackson Pent! I'm happy to help with any questions on the purchase/resell. I will say that you are most likely going to want to look for a wholesale deal. The Clemson market is a very competitive market. Looking for something in that price point that is a lipstick deal is going to be VERY difficult. Don't get discouraged though. Surrounding areas like (some parts of) Seneca, Liberty, and Anderson might fit what you are looking for. Best of luck!

Hello! If you shoot me a message, I can send you the contact info for someone I know in the area who has done a tiny home STR. I would recommend reaching out to the municipality to ensure there are no zoning issues as a first step.
