Looking for properties in Clemson, South Carolina

Hi everyone, I'll cut straight to the chase. I recently finished BiggerPockets How to Invest in Real Estate and am looking to acquire my first student rental property in Clemson, SC. I'm currently a student there but have private money from relatives to finance the deal. I was hoping to find some available units along with some advice on getting started. Thanks!
