Hey BiggerPockets community! I’m Ifeanyichukwu “Ify” Anizoba, founder of Zobas Properties. I’ve been in real estate for years and on BP for 4, but I’m now back to actively contribute and connect with you all. My focus is on affordable housing, large-scale mixed-use projects, and community impact, with an increasing interest in scaling into multi-family acquisitions and new construction.

I’m also involved in medium-term rentals (MTRs) and short-term rentals (STRs), using my tech-driven background to streamline and scale these efforts effectively. I’m based in Atlanta, but also active in markets like Augusta, Columbus, Macon, and Chattanooga, TN, and I’m exploring opportunities in Alabama.
