I also recommend @John White. Haven’t been with him long, but he and his team brings a lot of value to the table. 

For inspector is I use Michael Cowley with Cowley Home Inspections. Very thorough and leaves you with a detailed report.

Michael Cowley with Cowley Home Inspections is really popular in Huntsville. He’s very thorough and leaves you with a detailed report. I’ve used him twice myself and was pleased. 

@Caleb Bryant thanks for your input. I definitely knew they were overpriced, just wanted someone’s opinion to how much they thought. I’m in the middle of a 1031 and not looking to promising to buy 12-16 units like I want to. 

@Peter McDonough how overpriced do you think the 3 tri plexes and one 4 plex are that hit the market today? All on Mahogany Row for around 979k total price.

Shockingly these are already under contract.
