@Pratik P. Commenting on this old feed, hope you see this! I just started skip tracing probate leads using the deceased name and I'll get anywhere from 1-9 numbers back for each contact. As I am making my way through the calls and talking to different people who are associated with the deceased person, what is the best way to identify if they have affiliation with the property? I love your opener, however I feel like I shouldn't say that to each number as it could be an old work office, old number, or whatever. Hope that question makes sense.

This is a single family deal we acquired in Spokane Washington.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This deal was brought to us by a partner. We put an offer in with our agent that matched our numbers and it was accepted!

How did you finance this deal?

We financed this deal with personal and hard money.

How did you add value to the deal?

Deal pending

What was the outcome?

Deal pending

Hello Friends! :)

My wife and I are on the title of our condo in Seattle which we want to sell in October in order to use a 1031 tax-deffered exchange for another investment property. The only caviat is that my Wife is from Sweden and she moved back in March 2018. So as of now she is on the "books" in Sweden. I am still on the "books" in the US. My question is two fold: 1. If we sell, will we pay any taxes in Sweden as well? Does anyone have any experience on this being a Citizen of Sweden or another EU country and selling a US property? 2. If we find that leaving her on the title will hurt us greatly in taxes, what is the best way to quit-claim the title completely to me and would this effect the success of the 1031 exchange?

Thanks for any advise or tips!!
