First off I would like to say how much I thank you for helping start such a now prestigious community of people and information!! I also would love to jump into the forums and post, my only hesitation is really lacking much information to share as I am lacking experience but I definitely will set up some key word phrases to glean some knowledge!

Thank you sir for all your helpful tips I actually listen to Bp's podcast already not all the way caught up yet but I will be soon. In response to your advice about attending a REIA, I actually have not been able to find one in my area I will keep searching and possibly in the future maybe start one. I also will be looking into hud homes I know my parents are sort of targeting them in other areas around N/E Montana so that could be a good partnership! -Cody Baker

Hello Bp community my name is Cody Baker, Im a young guy from Belgrade, Mt and I am a newbie to real estate investing. I have been learning and educating myself in the inter workings of real estate for about a year now and its time to activate and do something with what Ive learned! I first found out about Bp through the podcast which my dad Mike Baker turned me onto I now listen to Bp's podcast everyday all day at work I love the amount of helpful information it provides! I currently have a W2, in which Im a fabricator of granite which I hope to have quit in the next 2 years to go full time investing!
