Thank you guys, I actually found Aj's book have it ordered getting to my house on the 20th, also found out he has a couple podcast's and I've been consuming info like my life depends on it! @Zack Quick if you wouldn't recommend hard money what would you recommend for someone that doesn't have much capital to work with? 

Hello, I'm a total newbie when it comes to investing, that said looking to get my start in self storage, here in Montana. Looking into either purchasing an off market deal or building. I have little to no money of my own and so any ideas on hard money or financing options would be helpful. Also just any advice I can get would be helpful. Thank you in advance!

I like your way of thinking, I also wish more people from a young age would be more educated or maybe just more mature. lol Hey just in case you didn't know you can tag people by using the @ and then selecting their name at the bottom of the message box.
